ESPN is reporting that Michael Vick will be conditionally reinstated next week and then suspended for four games.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is expected to warn Vick that any future problems will result in additional punishment, according to the reports.
Vick will be allowed to sign with a new team and participate in training camp before missing the first quarter of the season.

Giants' Boley Suspended For One Game
Giants linebacker Michael Boley has been suspended for the first game of the regular season for violating the league's personal conduct policy.
Boley was arrested in May of 2008 and charged with battery after his wife accused him of becoming "too physical" after an argument.
