The Chiefs appear to be sticking with Tyler Thigpen as their backup quarterback, but the position is far from decided with the regular season just weeks away, according to The Kansas City Star. "Right now," Coach Herm Edwards said Sunday, "we?re going with these guys." Edwards claims that the team hasn't ruled out signing or trading for another quarterback, but there seems to be no rush in Kansas City. "It?s a possibility, but it?s not like it?s our main objective," Edwards said. The Chiefs have Brodie Croyle, David Greene, Damon Huard, and Thigpen under contract.
