Dolphins? tight end Randy McMichael, the fantasy football surprise of the season, has reached an agreement on a contract extension that runs through the 2009 season, and makes him one of the NFL's highest-paid tight ends, ESPN.com has confirmed. The deal will pay McMichael, one of the Dolphins' most consistent offensive performers since joining the team in 2002, an original signing bonus of $1.52 million.
