Edgerrin James was absent for the Colts' mandatory practice, as he is demanding a long-term contract from the club. ``We're missing one guy,'' Dungy said after Friday's workout. He said he had spoken with James and understood why he hadn't shown up. ``It's a little disappointing to us. We want to have everybody here, but our thing is to focus on the guys who are here,'' Dungy said. ``We're getting a lot of good work and we've got to continue that. When Edgerrin gets here, we'll go from there.'' Drew Rosenhaus, James' agent, declined to comment when reached Friday by The Associated Press.
