Late in the fourth quarter of the Jets 27-7 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday, James Reed and Jonathan Vilma got into an altercation on the sideline that led to Reed punching Vilma in the face. "It was a misunderstanding," Reed, the starting nose tackle, said yesterday. "It's football. A lot of guys get into arguments. It's in the past. I don't hold grudges." "That's just two brothers fighting," defensive coordinator Donnie Henderson said. "Isn't that what happens in families?" Vilma declined to discuss the matter.
