Indianapolis Colts' cornerback Marlin Jackson will return to action against the New England Patriots in Week 9 despite suffering a concussion in Sunday's win over Carolina, reports NFL Network's Adam Schefter.
Jackson was sidelined during the third quarter against Carolina with what was initially reported as a neck injury and did not return. The injury was later diagnosed as a concussion. Jackson met with doctors on Monday and felt sufficiently recovered to where the Colts now fully expect that he will play against the Patriots.
