Jaguars' running back Maurice Jones-Drew suffered a sprained left knee late in Monday's 29-7 loss to the Colts.
Jones-Drew was hurt with 1:01 left in the game after being tackled by Kelvin Hayden on a five-yard pass from backup quarterback Quinn Gray.
Coach Jack Del Rio said Jones-Drew had a "little sprain on his knee. ... He's going to be a little tender but we will know more tomorrow."
