Titans' quarterback Vince Young threw a little Thursday but remained sidelined during practice by his strained right quadriceps muscle. "He didn't run around and didn't test the leg out, but he threw the ball," coach Jeff Fisher said. "He's improving. The treatment procedures and everything are helping out. We'll see how he is tomorrow. There's a chance he could practice tomorrow. We just have to wait and see." Fisher has said Young might be able to go without practicing and still play Sunday when the Titans (3-2) visit the Houston Texans (3-3) because of the quarterback's familiarity with an opponent he played twice as a rookie.
