Michael Vick will find out his trial date on Wednesday for the two state charges in Virginia, according to the Surry County prosecutor's office. Vick will be represented by his attorney, Lawrence Woodward, at the hearing. Of the three other co-defendants in the Bad Newz Kennel case, only Quanis Phillips will be present. Phillips, in federal custody, has to be processed through the state system. Vick, already suspended indefinitely by the NFL and awaiting sentencing on Dec. 10 after a federal plea agreement on felony charges related to dogfighting, faces an additional 10 years in prison.
