The trade rumors circulated on blogs and sports talk radio this week, but Dolphins receiver Chris Chambers said he isn't paying them any attention. Nor is he listening to the message-board Dolfans complaining that their $30-million receiver isn't living up to his contract. Or the NFL scouts who say he doesn't have what it takes to be a true No. 1 receiver. "It's totally, straight-forward Washington right now," Chambers said Thursday, of the Dolphins' Sept. 9 season opener against the Redskins. "I've had a good off-season, good training camp. It's time to move forward and get ready for the season."
