Michael Vick will not admit to killing dogs or gambling on dogfights, as detailed in his indictment, according to a report on ESPN.com late Thursday night. Citing an undisclosed source, the web site reported that Vick will admit guilt to only one charge of conspiracy of interstate commerce for the purpose of dogfighting at the Richmond, Virginia federal court on Monday. According to the report, Vick will admit he was in attendance when dogs were killed, but that he did not have a hand in the act.
