There was still no word Sunday on what decision Michael Vick will make in his federal indictment for dogfighting. Vick, the Falcons quarterback who has been barred from the NFL pending a league investigation of the case, did not file paperwork with the U.S. District Court in Richmond on Friday to enter a plea agreement. Vick and his attorney's have had plea negotiations with federal prosecutors, two people with knowledge of negotiations told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution last week. A grand jury in the district convenes on Monday. Prosecutors announced their intentions to file a superseding indictment in the case at last month's initial court hearing. A new indictment would include new charges, including racketeering, against Vick, the two people with knowledge of plea negotiations told the AJC.
