Five-year veteran safety Arturo Freeman, released by the Green Bay Packers over the weekend, has quickly agreed to join the Tennessee Titans, ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports. Freeman, who spent the first five seasons of his career with the Miami Dolphins before moving on to Green Bay this spring, will sign a one-year, $540,000 contract. Freeman, 28, will add veteran experience and versatility, a solid "nickel" player and good special teams contributor to the Tennessee secondary. He provides the club an insurance policy as starter Tank Williams continues his rehabilitation from offseason knee surgery.
