On the first page of Katy Marchman?s scrapbook, the Baltimore Ravens are spread across a football field stretching their mighty limbs. Turn the pages, and there are pictures of Katy wrapping her arms around running back Musa Smith, being kissed by middle linebacker Ray Lewis and huddling with tight end Todd Heap. ?Katy has become our little cheerleader,? Smith said. ?She?s always rooting for us.? And the Ravens have been rooting for her. Katy, a 9-year-old Ravens fan from Bel Air, Md., has Angelman syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects the nervous system and causes frequent seizures. As a result, she communicates mainly through pictures and gestures.
