Tyreek Hill raised eyebrows when he said in April that he was for sure going to retire in four years when his current four-year, $120 million deal expires following the 2026 season.

The Miami Dolphins wide receiver will be 32 when his contract expires.

He's already starting to walk back talk of early retirement.

"I can continue to play this game for forever, I feel like," Hill said. "I'm feeling great. Obviously I'm still fast."

He revealed that the inspiration for his early retirement sentiment came following a heart-to-heart with his father about staying healthy long term.

"My dad had a chance to talk with me the past two years," Hill said. "He told me, 'You can make all the money in the world, but what is it for if you're not able to spend it? You don't want to spend your whole life working. You want to be able to enjoy your life.'"
