Quarterback Daunte Culpepper no longer is alone in his quest to be released by the Dolphins -- but he still doesn't necessarily have time on his side. The NFL Players Association filed a grievance on behalf of Culpepper, alleging the Dolphins have breached Culpepper's contract by deliberately limiting his practice time. The league received the grievance Tuesday, league spokesperson Greg Aiello said. However, the Dolphins likely still will have plenty of time to continue shopping Culpepper, even if the team eventually is forced to take league-mandated action. An arbitrator last year took seven weeks to make a ruling in a similar case between quarterback Steve McNair and the Tennessee Titans.
