The Houston Texans could pass on a quarterback with the second overall pick in this month's NFL Draft, according to a report that cites one league personnel man.

Instead, Houston could use the No. 12 pick, which they also own, in a package to move back up the draft board.

"It's a stretch, but I could see Nick [Caserio] taking [Alabama pass-rusher Will] Anderson, then using his second [first-round pick] and trading back up to get his quarterback," the league personnel man said.
