The Chicago Bears first-round pick, Cedrick Benson missed his 11th practice yesterday and now the Bears management is beginning to worry if his holdout will have lingering effects on and off the field whenever he reports. Both sides are still talking contract without much progress to be made. One hurdle is a proposed $14.25 million signing bonus the Bears will not meet. "They have their position; we have ours," general manager Jerry Angelo said. "They said ours was too low and we said theirs is too high."
