Mike Tomlin still has confidence in Ben Roethlisberger despite the Pittsburgh Steelers' offensive struggles over the first quarter of the season.

"Absolutely," Tomlin said when asked if Roethlisberger was the best quarterback for the offense. "What he does and what he's done makes me really comfortable in saying that."

Through four games, Roethlisberger has a total QBR of 36.3, fifth worst in the NFL. Only rookies Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Davis Mills and Justin Fields trail him.
