ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr., in a national conference call Wednesday, said what the Browns do with the No. 3 selection of the April 28-29 NFL draft likely will determine whether Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn or Oklahoma running back Adrian Peterson is available for the Vikings at No. 7. "One of those two is going to drop a bit because Cleveland can't take them both, and they're both in the mix for the Cleveland Browns," Kiper said. "So whoever you don't put to Cleveland, you drop down a bit. ... It's conceivable that either Quinn or Peterson could be down there in that 7-10 range." Of the two, Quinn is considered the more likely candidate to end up in Cleveland.
