Nick Foles suffered a broken clavicle in the first quarter of the Jacksonville Jaguars' Week 1 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Foles will undergo surgery on Monday.

It is the same clavicle Foles fractured while playing with the Eagles in 2014, after he was sacked in a game against the Texans.

"We don't have a time span," Foles said. "We're going to take it one day at a time, just get the surgery done. ... I'm going to do everything I can to get back as quickly as I can so we're ready to roll."

Gardner Minshew replaced Foles in the game.
