LaMont Jordan agreed to a reduced roster bonus Monday in a move that ensures his returning to the Raiders for a third season, Jordan's agent confirmed. Jordan, 28, was due a $4.75 million roster bonus by Wednesday. The Raiders didn't want to pay him the full amount. Jordan contemplated sticking to the terms of the contract he signed in 2005 and forcing the Raiders to make a decision whether to honor the full amount or release him. In the end, both sides decided a compromise was in their best interest.
