James Conner suffered a lower right leg contusion in the Pittsburgh Steelers' 33-30 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday night.

Conner was hurt in the fourth quarter on a tackle. He gained 10 yards on a screen pass with 5:08 remaining and fell to the grass after pushing through two defenders for the first down.

He is among the league leaders in rushing touchdowns, with 12.

"You never want to see a guy like that go down," Antonio Brown said. "But like we said, every guy in a helmet is upholding the standard, and anyone can be the reason we win."
