Reshad Jones pulled himself from Sunday's game between the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets.

"I've got to look at that and find out what everything entails. It sounds like he pulled himself out," Adam Gase said. "So I've just got to find out kind of what happened there."

Jones has been Miami's starting safety since 2011. He left Sunday's game in the first quarter and didn't return.

He was on the sidelines for the rest of the game without his helmet, but the Dolphins said his departure wasn't injury related.
