Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have agreed upon a four-year, $134 million extension that could be worth as much as $180 million in total money.

The extension includes nearly $103 million total in guarantees, another record amount, and has an annual average value of $33.5 million

Rodgers has two seasons remaining on his current contract. Rodgers signed a $130.75 million deal in 2013 with a $35 million signing bonus and $54 million in guaranteed money.

Rodgers and the Packers have widely been expected to agree to an extension before the start of the 2018 season.

Rodgers was MVP of the NFL in 2011 and 2014 while also making the Pro Bowl six times.
