Mike Zimmer knows how important a decision the Minnesota Vikings have to make regarding the quarterback position this offseason.

Case Keenum, Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Bradford are all scheduled to become free agents on March 14.

"If you go with the right one and he does like you anticipate, then everything is good," Zimmer said. "If you pick the wrong one, it's hard to win in this league without a quarterback. If you pick the wrong one, this whole thing can go downhill."

Keenum, Bridgewater and Bradford are all options the team is considering, according to Zimmer.

"It's important for myself and [general manager] Rick [Spielman] and the organization to pick the right guy that is going to help us continue to move forward," Zimmer said, before quipping: "If we don't do that, then I'll probably be fired."
