The NFL has reportedly cleared running back Ricky Williams to return to the Mimi Dolphins. Williams will return the team he walked out on last July in time for the Dolphins training camp which begins on Sunday. The Miami Herald reports NFL spokesman Greg Aiello confirmed Tuesday that Williams can report on Sunday. The first practice is Monday morning. Williams, a three time substance-abuse policy offender when the NFL, was set to stay retired until a judge ordered he repay the Dolphins $8.6 million dollars in bonus money after the club claimed breach of contract.
