Tennessee receiver David Givens hurt his left knee in the fourth quarter against Baltimore and had to be carted off the field, the second player needing such help in the game. Givens hurt himself when he stopped to block on a run by Travis Henry and went down on his own. He missed the previous four games with a broken left thumb. Baltimore running back Musa Smith was up and walking a little while after being strapped to a backboard and carted off the field in the first half.
