The Detroit Lions are interested in negotiating a new deal with Ndamukong Suh.

Suh is entering a contract year with a 2014 cap number of $22.4 million, which means it makes sense for both sides to agree to an extension.

Suh has three Pro Bowl nods in four seasons.
