Terrence Cody is entering the final season of his rookie contract with the Baltimore Ravens and his future with the franchise looks bleak.

Cody is not only competing for a rotational spot, but also potentially a spot on the 53-man roster.

Cody had two offseason surgeries and the additions of Chris Candy and Marcus Spears will allow Haloti Ngata to move inside to play nose tackle.

"I feel like I really want to play for the Ravens for as long as I can," Cody said. "But if it's my time to go, it's my time to go."

Cody lost his starting spot last season to Ma'ake Kemoeatu.

"It's business," Cody said. "That's the only hard thing about it. You got to make decisions. Tough decisions."
