The Cleveland Browns have hired Rob Chudzinski as head coach.

Chudzinski will target Norv Turner to be his offensive coordinator, a source told ESPN. Turner's son, Scott, worked for Chudzinski with the Carolina Panthers.

Chudzinski has spent the past two seasons as offensive coordinator of the Panthers.
