Ben Roethlisberger hasn't been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens, but he may be forced to sit with a sprained shoulder.

The Pittsburgh Steelers will start Byron Leftwich at quarterback if Roethlisberger is unavailable.

Leftwich completed 7 of 14 passes for 73 yards in nearly one full half of work in Monday's win over the Chiefs in overtime.

"I’m not overly concerned about it as I sit here today," said Mike Tomlin about Leftwich's rustiness. "If he is the guy, he’ll great an opportunity to prepare. We’ll expect him to play winning football."

Leftwich hasn't started a game since September of 2009.
