The Tampa Bay Buccaneers improved to 3-4 with a convincing 36-17 win at the Minnesota Vikings.

The Buccaneers had a +4.9 advantage in The Trench Counter, winning the turnover battle 3-0, while recording seven more first downs despite being outgained by one-yard per play. Tampa Bay had a +20 edge in Total Rushes/Completions.

Josh Freeman went 19-for-36 for 262 yards and three touchdowns, but Doug Martin was the star for the Buccaneers. Martin rushed 29 times for 135 yards and a one-yard touchdown while also catching three balls for 79 yards, including a 64-yard touchdown.

Christian Ponder went 19-for-35 for 251 yards, a touchdown to Percy Harvin and an interception.

Adrian Peterson rushed 15 times for 123 yards, including a 64-yard touchdown, but he also lost a fumble.
