The Philadelphia Eagles are saying no to Terrell Owens plans of of playing with the Sacramento Kings after Kings' spokesman Darrin May said Friday the franchise wouldn't add him to its roster for the Las Vegas summer league without the Eagles' consent. At this time, Eagles president Joe Banner had not received such a request from the Kings but said, if asked, he would not allow Owens to play. It looks like Owens is stuck playing wide receiver, if he decides to play at all.
