Scott Fujita was suspended three games by Roger Goodell for his alleged role in the Saints' bounty scandal, but he remains optimistic about playing Week 1.

Fujita said he "has a lot" of optimism about his suspension being reduced or delayed, which would allow him to be on the field when the Browns face the Eagles on Sept. 9.

He declined to give many details for his positive outlook other than saying he was encouraged by U.S. District Judge Ginger Berrigan's recent statements.
