Mike Tice says that Devin Hester will be very involved in Chicago's offense this coming season. The return man has had his impact on the game lessened a bit due to the NFL's more conservative kickoff rules. "We see him as a guy that is going to help our receiving corps in a big way," general manager Phil Emery said at the draft last month. "We want to make sure that we have a special plan for Devin. We have the Devin package, a package of plays as a receiver. "You never know where he is going to line up." Tice quickly pointed out he didn't first mention a "Devin [Hester] package," but that he will certainly be on the field. "But Devin is going to be on the field," he added. "If he's not on the field, then they should fire me."
