Giants offensive lineman David Diehl underwent surgery to repair a broken finger, according to a source. "Well it's good to know that my hand and finger are now fixed. Does anyone need screws?" Diehl tweeted Monday, along with a picture of an X-ray, which shows several screws inserted in the broken finger. Diehl said after winning Super Bowl XLVI that he played most of the season with a broken hand, which never appeared on the injury report.
