The Rams will hire Falcons director of player personnel Les Snead as their new general manager, according to a league source. Snead had been one of Atlanta general manager Thomas Dimitroff's top assistants. He had been with the Falcons for 13 seasons, gradually working his way up through the scouting ranks.
