On Tuesday, Cowboys coach Bill Parcells said there was a "50-50" chance Tony Romo would start against Seattle in preseason competition on Saturday. Parcells already had made it clear that he planned to play Romo often in the preseason. Parcells bristled Tuesday when asked whether he could afford to rest a starting quarterback who isn't exactly lighting up Oxnard. "If we decide to do it, it's because we want to give the other guys an opportunity. Now, I'm not worried about the fallout from deciding to do that right this minute."
