Eli Manning put together the best season of his eight-year career in 2011 after declaring himself an elite quarterback before the season. Leading up to Sunday's NFC Championship Game, the Giants signal-caller said he didn't regret the comments. "No, I don't regret (it)," Manning told NFL Network's Melissa Stark in an interview that aired Sunday on "NFL GameDay Morning." "I was asked a question, and I thought I had to stand up and say, 'Hey, I think I'm a good player. I think I can win games for the Giants. I think I can play at a high level in this game.'"
