The Chargers say offensive coordinator Clarence Shelmon has decided not to return next season. Shelmon spent 10 seasons with San Diego and 21 in the NFL. He was offensive coordinator from 2007-2011, although head coach Norv Turner called plays. In a statement released by the team on Tuesday, Shelmon says, "I'm just done. You know when it's time. It's time for me to go and do some other things with my life."
