The Eagles have started to reform their defensive coaching staff after the unit struggled to live up to expectations in 2011. Philadelphia has announced the dismissal of secondary/cornerbacks coach Johnnie Lynn. Lynn just concluded his first season on the team's staff after spending five years with the 49ers.
