Giants defensive end Justin Tuck wants everyone to know that he has no desire to be a Cowboy and running back Brandon Jacobs doesn't mind being called a bully one bit.
A day after two Cowboys had things to say about Tuck and Jacobs, the pair responded in typical fashion for Dallas week.
"First of all, I don't know when I called Dallas Cowboys Stadium a dump," Tuck said. "Obviously, they have a pretty nice stadium. And me wanting to be a Cowboy ... hmm. I don't wear Wranglers, Cowboy hats or boots or those buckle belts. I don't wear none of that. And I don't need a star on my helmet to tell me I'm pretty good at what I do."
Tuck was speaking in response to comments made by Dallas linebacker DeMarcus Ware, upon being told that Tuck called Cowboys Stadium a dump in 2009.
On Wednesday, Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins called Jacobs "a bully."
"That's what you get from him," Jenkins said of of Jacobs and anti-Cowboys trash talk. "He is a bully."
Jacobs took that as a compliment.
"They are going to say what they are going to say, no matter what," Jacobs said. "I am a bully. They can call me what they want. I think people who call out bullies are afraid of bullies."
