Lions defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham used an interesting motivational tool with his group during a team meeting on Friday. "Coach showed us something today," linebacker Stephen Tulloch said. "It was funny. It was on NFL Network, on the Web site. It said 'good versus evil' and they had (Tim) Tebow and they had (Ndamukong) Suh on the front cover. "I guess evil's coming to town, and we're ready to put some work in. We're looking forward to it. Obviously, the media has kind of looked at the team as a 'dirty team' at some point. But that's not the way we play. We're just a physical team that loves to go out there and play hard." Suh and the defense have been branded as dirty for their hard-nosed play, but coaches and players responded to the suggestion that they are evil by rolling their eyes and smiling. "I don't know if that was appropriate," coach Jim Schwartz said, then paused to add his only other thought on the subject. "I'll take the Ernest Hemingway economy of words right there."
