Newly acquired Raiders quarterback Carson Palmer, who hasn't played or practiced since last season, is expected to start Sunday's game against Kansas City, according to a team official. Palmer, who has been holding out this season, was dealt Tuesday by the Bengals in exchange for a 2012 first-round pick and a conditional second-rounder in 2013. Oakland is counting on Palmer to replace the injured Jason Campbell and lead the team back to the playoffs for the first time since 2002.
