The Packers signed safety Tyrone Culver, a sixth-round draft pick, on Tuesday. He is the third Packers draft pick to sign a contract, following defensive end Dave Tollefson and defensive tackle Johnny Jolly. Culver was a first-team All-WAC selection as a senior at Fresno State and a four-time academic all-conference selection. The Packers chose the 6-foot-1, 200-pound Culver with the 185th overall pick.
