The Cowboys will cut ties with wide receiver Roy Williams, according to sources. Dallas owner and general manager Jerry Jones met with some players Tuesday morning and told them not to bother reporting to training camp in San Antonio because they will be cut. Marion Barber, Pro Bowl guard Leonard Davis and kicker Kris Brown also will not be returning to the Cowboys, according to sources.
