Deion Branch made his holdout official on Tuesday by skipping the first day of minicamp with what head coach Bill Belichick termed ?an unexcused absence.? Branch hopes to renegotiate a contract that?s due to pay him just more than $1 million this year. ?Everybody has been in those situations,? quarterback Tom Brady said. ?Everyone who?s been here has had contract negotiations.
