Rookie quarterback Jake Locker joined some of his new Titans teammates at informal workouts on Tuesday for the first time. He didn't throw a pass, but he impressed some Titans veterans by taking the initiative to travel to Nashville. "He is a good kid," receiver Damian Williams told the (Nashville) Tennessean. "He is dedicated and ready to jump in and learn. It says a lot about his character and his willingness to work. He is out here ready to work and we have a lot of guys on the team that aren't out here."
