NFL employees have taken a 12 percent pay cut during the lockout. The pay cut could increase if the lockout lingers on. "We have an across-the-board compensation reduction," Eric Grubman, the league's executive vice president of NFL ventures and business operations, said. "Every employee has participated and the scale of it depends on the seniority of the person." The current pay reduction of 12 percent would be followed by a cut of up to 25 percent, depending upon the employee's position, if the lockout continues into August, according to a league spokesman.
